The light you’ve been searching for was never outside of you

Rediscover the wisdom that has always lived within you

They are not looking for a therapist who simply listens well. They are looking for someone who can offer compassionate honesty, meaningful feedback, and a deeper understanding of the survival strategies that once protected them but may now be keeping them stuck.

Together, we work to build greater self-trust, emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and a more authentic relationship with the self. I am particularly passionate about helping empathic individuals develop discernment.

Who You Are

Empathy without discernment can become self-abandonment.

When we consistently prioritize the needs, emotions, or expectations of others over our own, we often lose touch with ourselves and reinforce the very beliefs that keep us feeling unseen, unworthy, or disconnected. Healing involves learning how to remain compassionate without losing yourself in the process.

I believe healing happens when we stop abandoning ourselves and begin relating to ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and trust.

The clients I work best with are ready to move beyond survival and into intentional living. They are ready to transform insight into embodied change, reconnect with themselves, and experience the quiet but profound shifts that happen when healing begins from within.

Many of my clients identify with experiences related to complex trauma, intergenerational patterns, bicultural identity, people-pleasing, spiritual confusion, or feeling disconnected from themselves despite years of self-reflection and personal growth. They are often highly empathic, insightful, and self-aware, yet still find themselves repeating patterns that no longer serve them.
