Illuminate Within offers individual therapy for adults seeking support with healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change.
Therapy is available virtually throughout California and in-person in San Diego.
Each session is tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals.

Session Information
For: Individual Therapy for Adults and Family Therapy
Location: Telehealth throughout California and in-person in San Diego
Population: Adults (18+)
Frequency: Typically weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your needs
Session Time: 60 minutes however 75 and 90-minute sessions are also available and will cost different than 60 minute sessions
Insurance: I am not an in-network provider but I offer Superbills. Please see FAQ for further explanation
